LA County Regulates Residential RVs

The popularity of RVs, van living and tiny houses on wheels has rapidly increased; unsurprisingly due to the gap between wage and affordability in the cost of living in LA. Now the city is considering a complete ban on living in vehicles, including RVs and campers, in residential areas between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. without permits to do so. They claim to be concerned with the homelessness impact on neighborhoods safety and sanitation but some debate that though maintaining community curb appeal and safety is important they’re unfairly targeting homeless individuals without other at least offering resolutions; and I agree. No decisions have been finalized but the city council is expected to continue discussing their decision.
